Hole #8 is a 476 yard par 5. The longest hole on the front 9, this hole is good preparation for the lengthy holes on the back 9. Although the playing area from the tee is quite wide and forgiving, the river threatens anything too far left, and the pond is certainly not out of play for anything too far right. The green-front bunker threatens any approach from the right side.
